目的:探讨针刺联合补肾化瘀通络方对青年颈椎曲度异常的影响.方法:选取102例青年颈椎曲度异常患者,随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组各51例.两组均给予基础综合治疗,在此基础上对照组仅采用补肾化瘀通络方,治疗组联合采用补肾化瘀通络方+针刺治疗,两组均持续治疗1个月.疗程结束后统计对比两组临床疗效、入院时及疗程结束后颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)变化情况、影像学观察指标(颈椎生理曲度、动脉狭窄率)、疼痛评分(VAS)及生活质量评分(QOL)变化情况.结果:两组治疗总有效率比较,治疗组为94.12％,对照组为68.63％,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗组治疗前NDI评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗后两组NDI评分较治疗前降低(P＜0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组降低更加明显(P＜0.05).治疗组治疗前颈椎生理曲度与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗后两组颈椎生理曲度较治疗前增高(P＜0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组增高更加明显(P＜0.05);且治疗组动脉狭窄率7.84％,低于对照组35.29％,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗组治疗前VAS及QOL评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗后两组VAS及QOL评分较治疗前改善(P＜0.05),且治疗组VAS评分低于对照组,QOL评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:针刺联合补肾化瘀通络方治疗青年颈椎曲度异常可有效改善颈椎生理曲度及颈椎功能,降低动脉狭窄率,缓解疼痛程度,提高患者生活质量及治疗效果.“,”Objective:To investigate the influence of acupuncture combined with Bushen Huayu Tongluo Prescription on the curative effect and life quality in young cervical curvature abnormalities.Methods:The 102patients with abnormal cervical curvature in myhospital were randomly divided into control and treatment groups,51 cases in each.The two groups were given basic comprehensive treatment,on the basis which,the control group only use Bushen Huayu Tongluo Prescription,and the study group was given Bushen Huayu Tongluo Prescription and acupuncture treatment.The two groups were treated for one month.At the end of the course of treatment,the clinical efficacy,the changes of cervical dysfunction (NDI) at admission and after treatment,the imaging parameters (cervical curvature,arterial stenosis rate),pain score (VAS) and quality of life score (QOL)changes of the two groups were statistically compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group (94.12％) was higher than the control group (68.63％),and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05);There was no significant difference on the NDI score between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05);The NDI scores in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05);There was no significant difference on the cervical curvature between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05);The cervical curvature after treatment of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the treatment group increased more significantly,compared with the control group (P＜0.05).The rate of arterial stenosis in the treatment group (7.84％) was lower than the control group (35.29％),and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05);There was no significant difference between the VAS and QOL scores betore treatment between the two groups (P＞0.05);After treatment,VAS and QOL scores were significantly improved in the two groups (P＜0.05),and the treatment group showed lower VAS score and higher QOL score than the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Treatment of young cervical curvature abnormalities using acupuncture combined with Bushen Huayu Tongluo Prescription can effectively improve the cervical curvature and cervical function,reduce the rate of arterial stenosis,alleviate the pain and improve the quality of life and the curative effect.
