目的 研究重组人白介素11(rhIL -1)对小鼠小肠上皮辐射损伤的防治作用。方法 采用60Coγ射线照射小鼠模型, 观察rhIL-11照射前后给药对小鼠小肠上皮形态、隐窝细胞坏死和细胞增生的影响,用流式细胞仪检测小鼠小肠上皮细胞周期的变 化。结果 照射前给药对小肠隐窝辐射损伤有显著防护作用,照后给药具有促进恢复作用。照射后小肠上皮细胞发生明显的G2期 阻滞,rhIL-11作用后使阻滞更明显并能提高S期细胞比例。结论 rhIL-11对小鼠小肠辐射损伤具有明显的防护作用,可能与其对 细胞周期的调控相关。
Objective To study the protective effect of recombinant human interleukin-11 (IL-1) on radiation-induced intestinal epithelial damage in mice. Methods 60Coγ-ray irradiation was used to observe the effect of rhIL-11 on the intestinal epithelial morphology, crypt cell necrosis and cell proliferation in mice. The changes of mouse intestinal epithelial cell cycle were detected by flow cytometry. Results The irradiation before irradiation had a significant protective effect on radiation damage of small intestine crypts, and administration after irradiation could promote recovery. Significant G2 arrest occurred in the small intestinal epithelial cells after irradiation, and rhIL-11 markedly blocked the cells and increased the proportion of S phase cells. Conclusion rhIL-11 has obvious protective effect on small intestine radiation injury in mice, which may be related to the regulation of cell cycle.
