目的了解新生儿接种卡介苗12周后卡痕的大小与结核菌素(PPD)试验阳转时硬结之间的关系。方法于2009年10月至2012年4月对在市属各医院出生的已接种卡介苗2600名新生儿进行结核菌素皮试,然后对其卡痕大小及结核菌素试验阳转硬结进行统计分析。结果卡痕的平均直径≥3mm的1953人,其中结核菌素试验阳转1933人,阳转率达98.1%。结论卡痕平均卡径≥3mm,视为接种成功可免于行结核菌素试验。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the size of card marks and the induration of tuberculin (PPD) test positive clot after 12 weeks of neonatal BCG vaccination. Methods From October 2009 to April 2012, 2600 newborns with BCG that were born in municipal hospitals were tested for tuberculin skin test, and then the size of their marks and the positive results of tuberculin test were analyzed statistically . Results The average diameter of the card marks ≥ 3mm of 1953 people, including tuberculin test positive 1933 people, positive conversion rate of 98.1%. Conclusion The average caliper of card marks is ≥3mm, which is regarded as the success of vaccination, which is free from tuberculin test.
