热重分析法是研究褐煤脱水和热解机理的有效手段。通过热重分析仪研究了不同加温条件下褐煤的失重规律,得到了匀速加热和恒温状态下褐煤的失重曲线。结果表明:以10℃/min的加热速率对褐煤进行加热,褐煤的最大失重速率主要发生在100℃和500℃左右,分别对应褐煤的主要失水点和热解温度点,且褐煤的失水主要在30 min以内完成。在300~600℃,热解终温对褐煤的热解有着直接影响,同一温度下恒温有利于热解的继续进行,且随着温度的升高失重率越高。
Thermogravimetric analysis is an effective method to study the dehydration and pyrolysis mechanism of lignite. The weight loss law of lignite under different heating conditions was studied by TG analyzer, and the weight loss curve of lignite under uniform heating and constant temperature was obtained. The results showed that lignite was heated at a heating rate of 10 ℃ / min, and the maximum weight loss rate of lignite mainly occurred at about 100 ℃ and 500 ℃, respectively corresponding to the main dehydration and pyrolysis temperature of lignite, and the loss of lignite Mainly completed within 30 min.
