通过对上市公司的数据分析得出,我国本世纪以来对房地产市场的持续调控对江苏房地产上市公司的企业利润率产生了实质影响,特别是限购、限贷政策出台后,房地产企业的平均利润率呈现明显的下降趋势,同时企业间利润率水平也产生分化现象。随着国家宏观调控政策效应的不断显现,房地产企业面临的市场环境将日趋严峻,企业应通过打造核心竞争力和转变经营策略加以应对。
