现场教学,又称现场体验式教学,是干部培训教学的重要方式之一,它以学员已有的知识经验、工作经历和社会阅历为现实基础,在授课教师的引导下通过现场参观学习、感悟体验、研讨交流,做到理论联系实际,提出解决实际问题的措施、思路或总结出可供借鉴的经验。现场教学强调环境对学员的代入,注重提升学员的观察能力、学习能力、分析能力和决策能力,这一方面有利于促进课堂教学学习成果的吸收转化,另一方面能够帮助学员在处理具体问题上开拓思路,是多方面提升学员能力的教学方式。
