在蓬勃发展的同时,浙江省纺织类中小企业也面临着一系列的问题,包括其自身在发展过程中遇到的各种战略困境以及外部大环境对企业发展的制约。意在通过对浙江纺织类中小企业的产值回落、效益下降和经营难以为继的现状和发展趋势进行分析,探究其战略管理的现状和长期以来由于内、外部因素的影响,浙江纺织类中小企业的战略管理始终存在的诸多问题。
At the same time of vigorous development, textile SMEs in Zhejiang Province are also facing a series of problems, including their own various strategic difficulties encountered in the development process and the external environment for the development of enterprises. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the status quo and development trend of small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang textile industry through the fall of output value, the decrease of efficiency and unsustainable operation of the textile industry in Zhejiang Province, and to explore the status quo of its strategic management and the long-term impact of internal and external factors. There are always many problems in strategic management.
