目的:探讨指纹图谱的建立方法和应用。方法:以毛花柱忍冬为例,RP-HPLC法,采用C18ODS2柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),甲醇-乙腈-0.05%磷酸梯度洗脱,流速0.5 mL·min-1,检测波长328 nm,柱温25℃。结果:对12个毛花柱忍冬的样品图谱进行数据处理,建立毛花柱忍冬的指纹图谱。结论:毛花柱忍冬的指纹图谱可应用于鉴别和定量或半定量质量控制的标准。
Objective: To explore the method and application of fingerprinting. Methods: The method of RP-HPLC was eluted with C18 ODS2 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) and gradient elution with methanol-acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 0.5 mL · min- Column temperature 25 ℃. Results: The data of 12 samples of honeysuckle honeysuckle were processed and the fingerprint of honeysuckle was established. Conclusion: The fingerprint of honeysuckle can be applied to identify and quantitative or semi-quantitative quality control standards.
