北方某高层住宅小区热水供应系统原设计方案为集中-分体(日照不足低层数区域)、单户壁挂太阳能系统(日照充足高层数区域),因考虑集中-分体系统需要设置屋顶太阳能机房、管井热媒管路较长、集热器及供热循环泵物业维护管理复杂等因素,拟采用空气源热泵热水器系统替代集中-分体太阳能系统,就系统的替换提出设计修改方案,以探究两种热水系统替换的互补性。
