目前,动车段各科室办公的桌面电脑都是传统的PC机,动车段IT管理员编制有限,无法进行足够的培训和管理,在使用过程中存在着访问既有应用需要多版本浏览器、病毒泛滥、运维管理工作量大等问题。同时重要的数据也分散存储在这些PC机的本地硬盘中,不能很方便的进行集中管理、存储和备份。这些都严重影响了段内工作效率和信息安全。本文提出了1种综合解决方案,利用云计算领域的国产化云桌面技术,统一分配和管理桌面操作系统和存储资源,集中管理浏览器版本、杀毒软件升级、统一存储等问题。可以用最少的人员,对全段数百台电脑进行集中管理,保证办公环境的流畅、稳定运行以及信息安全。
