同志们:2005年5月,卫生部和国家中药医院管理局联合在全国启动了“以病人为中心,以提高医疗服务质量为主题”的医院管理活动。一年多来,各级卫生行政部门,中医药管理部门和各类医院,采取多种形式、制定多项措施,加强医院管理、改进医疗服务、提高医疗质量、降低医药费用,落实便民、利民政策,努力缓解群众看病难、看病贵问题,取得了明显的成效,在社会上引起了积极的反响。卫生部决定,在2006年继续全国深入开展医院管理年活动,探索建立医院管理的长效机制。下面,我就今天的医院管理年活动问题,再讲以下几点意见,供大家参考。
Comrades: In May 2005, the Ministry of Health and the National Administration of Chinese Materia Medica launched a nationwide hospital management activity that focused on the patient as the center to improve the quality of medical services. Over the past year or so, health administrative departments, Chinese medicine administrative departments and hospitals at all levels have adopted a variety of measures to formulate a number of measures to strengthen hospital management, improve medical services, improve medical quality, reduce medical costs, and implement conveniences and benefits. The civilian policy has tried to alleviate the difficulty of the people’s medical treatment and the expensive medical treatment. It has achieved remarkable results and has caused a positive response in society. The Ministry of Health decided to continue to implement the year-long hospital management activities throughout the country in 2006 and explore the establishment of a long-term mechanism for hospital management.
