为落实1997 年卫生部颁发的4 年制中等护理专业教学计划, 根据1997 部颁新大纲培养目标的要求, 北京市卫生局医教处于1998 年按新大纲精神组织考评组对部分护理专业毕业生进行实践技能考评以了解学生的整体护理能力。从考评成绩可以发现学生专业理论知识、沟通能力和基础护理技术操作存在不足。我们对此进行分析并对其提出改进建议。
In order to implement the teaching plan of the 4-year secondary nursing specialty program issued by the Ministry of Health in 1997, according to the requirements of the 1997 Ministry of Health’s new outline training objectives, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Health and Medical Education organized the evaluation team for some nursing graduates in 1998 according to the spirit of the new syllabus. Conduct practical skills assessments to understand students’ overall care capabilities. From the assessment results, it can be found that students’ professional theoretical knowledge, communication skills and basic nursing technology operations are insufficient. We analyze this and suggest improvements to it.
