本文简介了钢铁企业 SO_2排放及其控制概况,分析了高炉煤气布袋除尘过程中 H_2S(SO_2)去除率高达92%~100%的原因,探讨了布袋除尘脱硫的机理,阐述了使用布袋除尘工艺较其他除尘方式有较高的脱硫效率。本文分析了钢铁企业主要 SO_2排放工序一烧结、热电锅炉、焙烧、水泥立窑等烟(粉)尘的主要成份,探讨了采用布袋除尘工艺对它们的烟气进行同时除尘、脱硫是可行的;探讨了采用布袋除尘工艺对脱硫的影响因素及解决的方向。提出了应用布袋除尘工艺于钢铁企业主要 SO_2(H_2S)排放工序使除尘、脱硫设施一体化,简化了工艺;降低了成本,从而使上述工序在烟尘控制的基础上 SO_2也得到有效的控制。
This paper introduces the SO_2 emission and its control in iron and steel enterprises, analyzes the reason of H_2S (SO_2) removal rate up to 92% ~ 100% in blast furnace gas bag, discusses the mechanism of bag dust removal and desulfurization, expounds the use of bag dust removal technology Other dust removal methods have higher desulfurization efficiency. In this paper, the main components of the major SO 2 emission processes, such as sinter, thermoelectric boiler, roasting and cement shaft kiln, are analyzed. It is feasible to carry out the simultaneous dust removal and desulfurization of the flue gas by bag dusting process. The factors that affect the desulfurization by using bag dust removal technology and the solution direction are discussed. It is put forward that the application of bag dust removal technology to the integration of dust removal and desulfurization facilities in the main SO_2 (H2S) discharge process of steel enterprises simplifies the process and reduces the cost so that SO_2 can be effectively controlled based on the soot control.
