为探讨不同类型饮用水对小鼠胆固醇水平及脂肪细胞的影响,将60只健康3月龄清洁级ICR小鼠按体重随机分为3组,分别为自来水组、纯净水组、矿泉水组,每组20只,雌雄各半。采用自由饮水方式分别饮用相应类型的饮水,连续90 d。测定小鼠血清总胆汁酸(TBA)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和钙离子、镁离子水平及肝脏超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量,并计数单位视野脂肪细胞数目。分别向自来水、纯净水、高偏硅酸天然矿泉水中滴加三油酸甘油酯或胆固醇混合振荡,观察其乳化差异。结果显示,与自来水组比较,纯净水组雌性小鼠血镁离子含量降低(P<0.05);纯净水组雌性小鼠肝脏SOD活力低于自来水组、矿泉水组(P<0.05);纯净水组单位视野脂肪细胞数目高于自来水组、矿泉水组(P<0.05)。纯净水乳化脂类能力强于矿泉水、自来水(P<0.05),尤其是乳化胆固醇能力。提示与饮用自来水、矿泉水相比,长期饮用纯净水会引起小鼠脂肪细胞形态变小,推测其可能与体内胆固醇水平降低有关。
