目的分析比较不同产地杜仲叶的红外光谱,建立杜仲叶的薄层色谱鉴别方法,为其质量控制提供依据。方法利用红外光谱、二阶导数谱图对6种不同产地杜仲叶进行特征峰的指认和对比分析,并进行聚类分析;通过薄层色谱对杜仲叶中活性成分进行分离和鉴别。结果通过特征峰峰形、峰位与峰强的对比,发现不同产地杜仲叶之间存在差异,聚类结果显示可将6个产地杜仲叶分为1类;薄层色谱结果显示6批样品主斑点一致,但不同产地的样品间微量成分斑点存在差异。结论 2种方法直观、简单、方便、快速,为杜仲叶的分离鉴别和质量控制提供了依据。
Objective To analyze and compare the infrared spectra of Eucommia leaf from different origins and to establish the TLC identification method of Eucommia ulmoides leaf and provide the basis for its quality control. Methods The infrared spectra and the second derivative spectra were used to identify and contrast the characteristic peaks of six species of Eucommia ulmoides leaves. Cluster analysis was also carried out. The active components in Eucommia ulmoides leaves were isolated and identified by TLC. Results By comparing the peak shape, peak position and peak intensity of the characteristic peaks, it was found that the eucommia leaves of different origins were different. The clustering results showed that the six producing eucommia leaves could be divided into one class. The TLC showed that six batches of sample The spots are the same, but there are differences between the trace elements in the samples of different producing areas. Conclusions The two methods are intuitive, simple, convenient and rapid, providing the basis for the isolation, identification and quality control of Eucommia ulmoides leaves.
