所谓管理无非就是管事理人。只要将人管好用好了,事情自然就好做了。因此,对企业经理的评价应主要注重其管人用人的能力方面,即所谓“人主者,以官人为能者也”。一、领导的基本素质领导必须具备丰富的知识、广泛的见识和卓越的胆识;领导必须具有将正确的方针政策坚持贯彻到底的魄力,平易近人的人格魅力,并形成一种强大势力(即团结一致的“领导班底”);领导必须自己领先,对下属要多激励和开导。
