与众多开国元勋后人生活在北京不同,张闻天(1900-1976,中国共产党早期的杰出领导人,遵义会议上,被推举为党中央总书记;新中国成立后,先后任驻苏联大使、外交部副部长等职)的独子张虹生在古城南京安静地居住着。张虹生很少谈父亲:“我一直没有写关于父亲的文章,因为母亲不让我写,她说儿女写父母永远没有说服力。的确是这样,不用说儿女写,本人写的自传很多都没有说服力。第一,根据现在写过去,得用现在的要求去写;第二,有的地方可能自我吹嘘。”
