空压机是矿山主要机电设备,同时也是矿山主要噪声源,噪声级高达100dB以上。强烈的噪声污染危及井下及地面作业,造成人们听觉器官、心血系统、神经系统以及消化系统疾病。正确了解空压机的噪声特性对治理空压机噪声和改进设计都是十分必要的。 本文从空压机噪声特性及评价,空压机噪声原理以及空压机噪声测试等几个方面介绍有关空压机噪声的问题。1 空压机的噪声估算与评价 空压机是一个综合噪声源,它包括:空气动力噪声、电磁噪声、机械噪声及其辐射噪声。空压机的噪声频率较宽,声压级较高,低频突出。 空压机噪声分类如图1所示。
