本文基于我国近五届国家级教学名师中的79名高等职业技术院校(含高等专科学校)入选者的基本数据分析比较了高职院校教学名师的人口统计学特征和学术特征。研究发现不同区域教学名师的来源情况存在显著差异;不同学校层次教学名师的学历背景和来源情况有显著差异;不同学科的教学名师的基本特征无显著差异。通过了解高职院校教学名师的基本特征,为我国在现代职业教育体系建设进程中教学名师的培育和发展提供参考。
Based on the analysis of the basic data of 79 higher vocational and technical colleges (including colleges and universities) selected among the past five national famous teachers, the dissertation compares the demographic characteristics and academic characteristics of teachers in higher vocational colleges. The study found that there were significant differences in the sources of famous teachers in different regions. There were significant differences in educational background and sources between teachers at different levels of schools. There was no significant difference in the basic characteristics of teachers in different disciplines. By understanding the basic characteristics of teaching masters in higher vocational colleges, it provides a reference for the cultivation and development of teaching masters in the process of the construction of modern vocational education in our country.
