高建民,高级工程师,山西新华化工有限责任公司科技部部长。他做人追求高尚、和谐、健康；做事追求清晰、简单、高效。在爱岗、敬业,创新、奉献精神指导下,在国防工业、公司经营、科学普及、行业发展中做出了突出贡献：国防工业高建民负责研制的SZB611型除臭罐为中国载人飞船的成功飞行提供了保障,通过神五、神六号飞船两次成功载人飞行证明——新华牌空气净化装置世界一流。他负责研制的FMJ05型防毒面具,公司投产20年来为公司创产值达5亿多元,该产品的批量生产为部队的个体防护提供了可靠的保障。他任研究所所长期间,为军队研发从海洋深处的潜艇到陆地、航天所用的各类净化装置,提升了部队战斗力。
