一年一度的档案科技进步奖是对档案科技发展的一次大检阅,也是衡量档案科技发展的重要手段。笔者在《档案学研究》(1996年3期)曾对1987～1995年期间档案科技进步奖获奖项目从档案保护技术的角度进行过一次总结。现在又过去了9年,笔者再总结一下这些年来的发展特点,并与前9年发展进行比较,梳理一下档案保护技术发展的特点、规律和发展趋势。
The annual Archives Science and Technology Progress Award is a major review of the development of archival science and technology and an important measure of the development of archival science and technology. The author in the “archives study” (1996 3 period) once during the period 1987-1995 file science and technology progress award winning project from file protection technology point of view once conducted a summary. Now another nine years have passed. The author then summarizes the development characteristics over the years and compares with the previous nine years of development to sort out the characteristics, laws and trends of the development of archival protection technologies.
