干线货运内燃机车原来的牵引传动装置绝缘检查电路有一系列的缺点:只能检查正极电路的绝缘,经检查的漏电电流仅为10A 或10A 以上,而且继电器的动作快速性不够。这篇文章介绍了苏联机电科学研究院研制并已用在卢岗斯克内燃机车工厂制造的干线货运内燃机车上的电力传动装置任何点接地的保护系统。使用这种新的保护系统可以早期发现牵引传动装置元件绝缘电阻的下降,避免《烧穿》并及时采取清理、烘干、涂绝缘漆等预防措施,对绝缘进行修复。文内附有这两种保护系统的电路图。
The main line traction diesel locomotive insulation inspection circuit has a series of shortcomings: only check the insulation of the positive circuit, the leakage current checked only 10A or 10A, and the rapidity of the relay is not enough. This article describes a system of protection for any point-of-ground electrical power train developed by the Soviet Institute of Electrical and Mechanical Services and used on mainline freight diesel locomotives manufactured at the Luogask Diesel Locomotive Works. Using this new protection system early detection of traction drive components insulation resistance decline, to avoid “burn through” and promptly to clean up, drying, coated insulation paint and other preventive measures to repair the insulation.
