目的：研究和探讨50例断指再植患者的护理，科学、有效的护理提高了断指再植的成活率。方法回顾2014年8月~2015年5月就诊50例断指再植患者，进行效果分析。结果通过观察、护理及疼痛干预后，断指再植的成活率取得了良好的效果。结论早期、及时的手术治疗加科学的护理，提高了断指再植的成活率，减少术后并发症，康复早，花费少。“,”Objective Research and explore the nursing care of 50 cases of patients with replantation of severed fingers, science, ef ective nursing improves the survival rate of replantation of amputated finger. Methods From August 2014 to May 2015 were 50 cases of patients with replantation, ef ect analysis. Results Through the observation and nursing, pain intervention, replantation survival rate achieved good results. Conclusion Early and timely surgical treatment and scientific nursing and improve the survival rate of replantation of amputated finger, reduce the postoperative complications, early rehabilitation, spend less.
