目的:研究低能氮离子注入对种子活力和农艺性状的影响。方法:不同剂量低能氮离子注入新鲜决明种子种胚,发芽实验研究种子发芽势和发芽率,蛭石培养基培养观察幼苗的生长状况,田间种植观察决明的农艺性状。结果:离子注入使得决明种子发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数显著降低,幼苗主根长度减少,平均鲜重和活力指数显著降低;株高变矮,籽粒大小与千粒重增加。结论:低能氮离子注入对决明种子有显著的效应,对决明的人工栽培具有重要意义。
Objective: To study the effect of low-energy nitrogen ion implantation on seed vigor and agronomic traits. Methods: Different doses of low-energy nitrogen ions were injected into seeds of fresh seeds of Cassia obtusifolia. The germination energy and germination rate of seeds were studied by germination experiment. The growth of seedlings was observed with vermiculite culture medium. Results: The seed germination potential, germination rate and germination index of Cassia toraensis were significantly decreased. The length of main roots decreased, the average fresh weight and vigor index decreased significantly. The plant height became shorter, and the grain size and 1000 - grain weight increased. Conclusion: Low-energy nitrogen ion implantation has a significant effect on seeds of Cassia thompson and is very important for the artificial cultivation of Cassia.
