近期我国房地产市场向下调整程度加深、央行频繁调整存贷款基准利率以及未来市场周期性变化特征的进一步显化,我国个人住房抵押贷款中蕴含的利率风险正逐步加剧。本文在尽可能多地涵盖国内外研究文献以及尽可能客观地反映作者原意的基础上,对关涉住房抵押贷款利率风险这一主题的研究状况进行了评述,以方便人们在该领域的进一步研究与应用。
Recently, the real estate market in China has been further adjusted downwards. The central bank has frequently adjusted the benchmark interest rates for deposits and loans and further revealed the cyclical changes in the future market. Interest rate risks in China’s personal housing mortgage loans are gradually aggravating. On the basis of covering as much research literature at home and abroad as possible and objectively reflecting the author’s original intention, this paper reviews the research on the theme of the interest rate risk of housing mortgage loans in order to facilitate further research in this field application.
