本文目的是:①确定灌注心得安与肝硬变和无肝硬变鼠肝脏血液动力学之间的剂量反应关系;②检验心得安降低门脉压的可能作用机制。对无肝硬变鼠的研究。健康雄性Wistar鼠,腹腔内注射戊巴比妥钠麻醉。股静脉插管灌注心得安。心得安以每分钟~(-1)2~32μg/kg~(-1)范围内的5个不同速率进行灌注,每一个灌注速率用于6只鼠。心得安灌注液总量为0.2 ml,灌注20分钟。对照组6只鼠灌注等张生理盐水,20分钟灌注完毕。对肝硬变鼠的研究。雄性Wistar鼠,用DMNA诱发肝硬变。停用DMNA 20周后,鼠的肝硬变充
