改革开放以来,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对啤酒的需求也不断变化,大量的扎啤涌入市场,与罐装、瓶装啤酒相比,扎啤具有营养丰富、口感好等优点,深受消费者的喜爱。但由于多原因,使得零售扎啤的卫生状况不容乐观。为了解淄博市零售扎啤的卫生状况,找出存在的问题和污染来源,我们于1999年7~9月,对淄博市各销售点零售扎啤的微生物污染状况(以大肠菌群为例)进行了抽样调查,现将调查结果报告如下:1 调查对象 凡具有《生产经营许可证》和《卫生许可证》的各扎啤销售点均作为调查对象,包括各生产厂家的扎啤销售部和各零售点。
