目的:研究测定通风舒片中3个蒽醌类成分的含量。方法:HPLC法,对痛风舒片中的大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚进行含量测定。流动相甲醇-0.1%磷酸(83∶17);检测波长254nm;柱温35℃;流速1.0mL·min-1。结果:3个成分分别在0.0058～0.0116μg,0.0042～0.084μg,0.0082～0.164μg(r>0.9997)线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.60%,RSD1.31%。结论:本法简便、快速、准确,增加了大黄酸的含量测定指标,可作为通风舒片的质量控制。
Objective: To determine the content of three anthraquinones in Fengshuhu tablets. Methods: The contents of rhein, emodin and chrysophanol in gout group were determined by HPLC method. The mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (83:17). The detection wavelength was 254 nm. The column temperature was 35 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1. Results: The linear relationship between the three components was 0.0058 ~ 0.0116μg, 0.0042 ~ 0.084μg, 0.0082 ~ 0.164μg (r> 0.9997), the average recovery was 98.60% and RSD was 1.31%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can increase the determination of rhein and can be used as the quality control of ventilation and comfort tablets.
