The design is a hybrid optical fiber catheter device, on the one hand by the introduction of more than 20W continuous laser radiation, while the flow of carbon dioxide into the air. This device can be easily installed in a common soft endoscopic catheter to control gastrointestinal bleeding. Many recent research papers discuss the successful application of laser irradiation in controlling gastric haemorrhage. In earlier literature, the application of optical fibers in endoscopes to achieve photocoagulation treatment was demonstrated.
