采用O3-UV处理硅橡胶膜,在其表面形成过氧化物基团,然后用接枝聚合方法在表面上接枝丙烯酰胺。对接枝改性后的材料进行接触角、摩擦系数等测定,用扫描电镜观察表面形貌。结果表明,这种改性方法能够提高硅橡胶材料表面润滑性
Silicone rubber films were treated with O3-UV to form peroxide groups on their surface and then graft acrylamide onto the surface by graft polymerization. The graft modified materials contact angle, coefficient of friction and other determination, with a scanning electron microscope to observe the surface morphology. The results show that this modification method can improve the surface lubricity of silicone rubber material
