医学英语教学长期面临学生学习兴趣低下、学习内容枯燥、教学效果差的困难。教师应该利用建构主义教学理论,创造良好的课堂教学的客观条件和环境,以便实现以学生为中心,发挥学生的主观能动性,更好地达到医学英语的教学目的。这篇文章以高职学院的一堂医学英语课设计为例,探讨了如何在课堂上用建构主义任务型教学法培养学生的英语综合能力。文中特别提出任务型教学过程中可能遇到的问题以及教师应该如何应对。
Long-term medical English teaching students face low interest, boring learning content, poor teaching effectiveness. Teachers should make use of constructivism teaching theory to create objective conditions and environment for good classroom teaching in order to achieve student-centered, give play to students’ subjective initiative and better achieve the purpose of medical English teaching. This article takes the design of a medical English class in a vocational college as an example to discuss how to train the students’ English comprehensive ability in a classroom with constructivist task-based pedagogy. The paper puts forward some problems that may be encountered in the process of task-based teaching and how teachers should respond.
