目的使用双眼远红外动态瞳孔测量仪在屈光手术前测量不同光线条件下的瞳孔直径,来评价其有效性。方法使用P2000SA瞳孔测量仪测量58例患者瞳孔直径,每位患者测量3种光线水平,双眼同时测量。结果各种光线条件下瞳孔均在运动着,平均瞳孔活动度为:暗光线下0.14mm,中等光线下0.35mm,强光下0.30mm。双眼瞳孔不等,在暗光线下平均0.26mm,中等光线下平均0.35mm,强光下平均0.16mm。结论不同光线条件下瞳孔活动度不同,在中等光线下最大,且双眼很少相同。所以双眼瞳孔测量仪可以更好的获得屈光手术前患者的瞳孔运动,评价其手术适应度。
Objective To measure the pupil diameter under different light conditions before refractive surgery by using the double-eye far-infrared dynamic pupillometer to evaluate its validity. Methods P2000SA pupil meter was used to measure pupil diameter in 58 patients. Three light levels were measured in each patient, and both eyes were measured at the same time. Results Under various light conditions, the pupils were moving with the average pupil activity of 0.14mm under dark light, 0.35mm under medium light and 0.30mm under strong light. Eyes pupil range, average 0.26mm in dark, average 0.35mm in medium light, average 0.16mm in bright light. Conclusion Under different light conditions pupil mobility is different, under the maximum light, and the eyes are rarely the same. So double pupil measuring instrument can better obtain the pupil movement of patients before refractive surgery, evaluate the surgical fitness.
