骨髓基质干细胞(bone marrow mesenhymal stem cells,BMSCs)的概念于1986年首先由Friedens tein等提出,它是来源于中胚层的一类具有自我更新及多向分化能力的干细胞。其具有多向分化潜能,在合适的诱导条件下可向骨、关节、脂肪、肌腱、肌肉等多种组织分化。目前,随着基因工程技术蓬勃发展,基因水平的治疗方案在组织工程中得到广泛应用,而骨髓基质干细胞因其自身的优点,已成为转基因技术种子细胞的首选。现对骨髓基质干细胞基因转染的研究现状作一系统介绍。
The concept of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) was first proposed in 1986 by Friedenstein et al. It is a type of stem cell derived from mesoderm with self-renewal and multi-directional differentiation ability. It has the potential to differentiate into multiple tissues such as bone, joint, fat, tendon and muscle under appropriate inducing conditions. At present, with the rapid development of genetic engineering technology, gene level treatment programs are widely used in tissue engineering, and bone marrow stromal stem cells have become the first choice of transgenic seed cells due to their own advantages. Now the gene transfer of bone marrow stromal cells research status of a systematic introduction.
