柑桔类虽是水果,但自古也作中药.如代代、夏蜜柑的幼果作为枳实;温州蜜柑成熟果的果皮为陈皮.日本把代代的成熟果之果皮称橙皮,作中药用.因中国不单独使用柑桔类作中药,它们的药效不十分清楚,但作为配方各种成分通力协作,对缓解病情,确表现多方面的作用.水果和蔬菜等食品除富含各种营养成分外,最近研究表明,它们在人体内还有各种防病、治病的功能,这些成分就叫做药.如表所示,柑桔类富含很多植物化学成分.本文选其中的几个介绍如下:
