现阶段,我国机械领域普遍应用的液压砖机正以“自动化、规模化、高精度”核心发展目标前进。但是,根据相关数据调研分析,发现我国当前应用的振动系统大多数运用的还是偏心式惯性振动,引起本身的结构存在一定的缺陷或约束,因此,在一定程度上难以增强激振力。基于此种情况,该文在详细地了解压砖机振动系统的基本运行原理的基础上,进一步设置液压砖机的最优的激振性能以及最佳的振动参数,且重点探讨了选择液压砖机的激振方法,并针对性地提出了关于液压砖机激振力的良好设计方案,并对其影响因素展开了细致的论述。
