目的探讨E-cadherin与cyclin D1在胆囊癌中的表达情况及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测42例胆囊癌、18例胆囊腺瘤及19例胆囊炎中E-cadherin与cyclin D1的表达。结果 E-cadherin在胆囊癌中的表达率(33.3%)明显低于胆囊腺瘤(66.6%)及胆囊炎(63.2%)组。cyclin D1在胆囊癌中的表达率(73.8%)明显高于胆囊腺瘤(33.3%)及胆囊炎组(22.2%)。两者的异常表达与胆囊癌的浸润转移、Nevin分期和病理分型有关(P<0.05)与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。两者在胆囊癌中的表达程负相关(r=-0.383,P<0.05)。结论 E-cadherin和cyclin D1基因的异常表达在胆囊癌的发生、发展过程中起重要重要。E-cadherin与cyclin D1的表达水平可作为评估胆囊癌预后的指标。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of E-cadherin and cyclin D1 in gallbladder carcinomas. Methods Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of E-cadherin and cyclin D1 in 42 cases of gallbladder carcinoma, 18 cases of gallbladder adenoma and 19 cases of cholecystitis. Results The positive expression rate of E-cadherin in gallbladder carcinoma (33.3%) was significantly lower than that in gallbladder adenoma (66.6%) and cholecystitis (63.2%). The expression rate of cyclin D1 in gallbladder carcinoma (73.8%) was significantly higher than that in gallbladder adenoma (33.3%) and cholecystitis group (22.2%). The abnormal expression of both was correlated with the infiltration and metastasis of gallbladder carcinoma, Nevin stage and pathological type (P <0.05), but not with the age, sex and tumor size (P> 0.05). There was a negative correlation between the two expressions in gallbladder carcinoma (r = -0.383, P <0.05). Conclusion The abnormal expression of E-cadherin and cyclin D1 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of gallbladder carcinomas. E-cadherin and cyclin D1 expression levels can be used as an indicator of prognosis of gallbladder cancer.
