针对某厂生产热轧钢筋的工艺实际,分析了钢筋成形过程洁净度的变化,找出了钢中非金属夹杂物的类型与级别,钢水成分与性能的关系。找出了钢筋力学性能偏低的原因,得出的结论是力学性能偏低与钢中的夹杂物的含量较高有关。提出了减少钢中非金属夹杂物的措施,为生产性能稳定的钢筋提供依据。
According to the actual process of producing hot-rolled steel bar in a certain factory, the change of cleanliness of bar forming process was analyzed, and the relationship between the type and grade of non-metallic inclusions in steel and the composition and properties of molten steel was found out. The reasons for the low mechanical properties of the rebar were found, and the conclusion was drawn that the lower mechanical properties were related to the higher content of inclusions in the steel. The measures to reduce the non-metallic inclusions in steel are proposed, which provide the basis for the production of steel with stable performance.
