以甜椒花粉株系为材料,采用完全双列杂交第一种试验方法,按模式Ⅰ统计分析表明:(1)6个亲本8个性状的一般配合力方差、7个性状的特殊配合力方差、4个性状的反交效应方差均达到极显著标准。(2)依据各亲本诸性状的一般配合力效应及特殊配合力方差,分析了各花粉株系的遗传特性。(3)一般配合力在育种中具有重要作用:抗病组合中均有病情指数一般配合力低的亲本,高产组合中至少有一个产量一般配合力高的亲本。(4)一般配合力和亲本性状水平显著正相关,某些不同性状问的一般配合力也相关显著。(5)30个杂种一代统计,前期产量有93%高于中亲值,77%超过高亲;总产量有97%的组合超过高亲。两期产量的平均杂种优势值均高于20%。显著的杂种优势是与亲本的遗传纯合相联系的。
The first experiment of complete diallel cross was conducted with sweet pepper pollen lines as the material. According to the statistical analysis of pattern Ⅰ, the results showed that: (1) The variance of general combining ability and the variance of combining ability of 7 traits of 8 traits of 6 parents The variance of the reciprocal effect of the four traits all reached the extremely significant standard. (2) According to the general combining ability effect and the variance of special combining ability, the genetic characteristics of each pollen line were analyzed. (3) The general combining ability plays an important role in breeding: the parents of the disease-resistant combination with low general combining ability and the high yielding combination have at least one parent with high combining ability. (4) There was a significant positive correlation between the general combining ability and the parental trait, but also the general combining ability of some different traits. (5) According to the statistics of 30 hybrids, 93% of pre-production was higher than mid-pro and 77% of high-pro; and 97% of total production exceeded that of high-pro. The average heterosis value of both crops was higher than 20%. Significant heterosis is linked to the genetic homozygosity of the parent.
