In the various tungsten, molybdenum separation technology, solvent extraction plays an important role. Previous work mainly focused on the use of P_ (204), TBP and other extractants in acidic medium, the effect is generally not ideal. This article explores the primary and secondary basic amine extraction of tungsten and molybdenum under neutral conditions. The results show that the tungsten can be extracted into the organic phase as soon as possible by controlling the addition of sulfuric acid and maintaining the equilibrium aqueous pH of 7-8 for the weakly alkaline solution of high-tungsten, low-molybdenum or high-molybdenum, low-tungsten.
