目的分析2000—2009年广西南宁市城区道路交通伤害(RTI)流行特征及疾病负担,为制定预防和控制RTI策略提供参考依据。方法从广西公安厅交警总队收集南宁市城区RTI数据,采用流行病学方法描述和分析南宁市RTI的流行特征、伤亡情况及疾病负担。结果 2000—2003年南宁市城区RTI起数呈平稳状态,2004年(1 038起)突然上升至2005年(1 532起)的最高峰后呈下降趋势;青秀、西乡塘、兴宁区为RTI高发区,分别发生RTI 1 886、1 578、1 432起,RTI伤亡人数的男、女比例为2.72∶1,死亡主要发生在21~30岁人群,死亡人数共438人,占死亡总数的26.8%;RTI伤亡人员的交通方式主要以驾驶摩托车、步行、乘汽车为主;不按规定让行是导致RTI的首要原因,造成RIT 1 297起,186人死亡,1 297人受伤;2000—2009年南宁城区RTI中早逝所致的寿命损失年(YLL)为39 987.56人年,由早逝所致总经济损失约2.6亿元。结论 2000—2009年南宁市城区的RTI总体呈下降趋势,但RTI死亡导致的经济损失严重。
Objective To analyze the prevalence and disease burden of road traffic injuries (RTI) in urban areas of Nanning, Guangxi during 2000-2009, and provide references for the formulation of preventive and control RTI measures. Methods The RTI data of Nanning city was collected from Traffic Police Corps of Guangxi Public Security Bureau. Epidemiological methods were used to describe and analyze the epidemic characteristics, casualties and disease burden of RTI in Nanning. Results The number of RTIs in the city of Nanning from 2000 to 2003 showed a steady state, with a sudden drop from 2004 (1,038) to the peak in 2005 (1,532); Qingxiu, Xixiangtang and Xingning District In the area with high incidence of RTI, there were RTI 1 886,1 578,1 432 cases respectively. The male / female ratio of RTI cases was 2.72:1. The death mainly occurred in 21-30 years old group, with a total of 438 deaths, accounting for the total number of deaths Of toll road casualties were mainly driven by motorcycles, walking and traveling by car. Failure to comply was the leading cause of RTI, resulting in 1 297 RITs, 186 deaths and 1 297 injuries. The year of life lost (YLL) due to premature death in RTI in Nanning urban area from 2000 to 2009 was 39 987.56 person-years. The total economic loss due to premature death was about 260 million yuan. Conclusion The RTI in the urban area of Nanning City showed a decreasing trend from 2000 to 2009, but the economic loss caused by the death of RTI was serious.
