本文应用 D-UCG 观测反映等容舒张期血流及二尖瓣血流频谱。了解等容舒张期、快速流入期、慢速流入期及心房收缩期的舒张四分期的血流变化。观察了克山病,冠心病等的左室舒张功能,同时与左室收缩功能对比,结果证明心脏的舒张功能异常早于收缩功能的改变。其中以等容舒张期血流变化为著,它是诊断早期心脏功能变化的新的有价值的指标。这一指标与有创法 T 值(左室压力下降时间常数)有极好的相关性(r=0.75~0.88),证明了它的可信性。
In this paper, D-UCG observations reflect isovolumic diastolic blood flow and mitral flow spectrum. To understand the isovolumic diastolic, fast inflow, slow inflow and atrial systolic diastolic blood flow changes. Observed Keshan disease, coronary heart disease and other left ventricular diastolic function, at the same time and left ventricular systolic function compared to the results prove that the diastolic dysfunction of the heart earlier than the changes in systolic function. Which is equivalent to diastolic blood flow changes as it is to diagnose early changes in cardiac function, a new valuable indicator. This index was significantly correlated with the T-value of invasive method (left ventricular pressure drop time constant) (r = 0.75-0.88), demonstrating its credibility.
