利用优化设计软件对影响气井产能的6个主要参数进行了优化设计,在优化设计的基础上利用节点分析方法对设计出的33种参数组合进行了产能计算,并进一步回归出了气井产能方程;经与节点分析的结果对比,产能方程的平均相对误差为0.31%,利用半正态图评价了各参数对气井产能的相对重要性。运用该方法可以计算给定区块内每口井的产能,也可以对新井进行优化设计。
Optimized design software was used to optimize the six main parameters that affect gas well productivity. Based on the optimized design, the node analysis method was used to calculate the capacity of the designed 33 kinds of parameter combinations, and the gas well productivity equation was further regressed. The average relative error of productivity equation is 0.31% compared with the results of node analysis, and the relative importance of each parameter to gas well productivity is evaluated by using the semi-normal graph. Using this method, the productivity of each well in a given block can be calculated and the new well can be optimally designed.
