Personally I think that the demand for equipment is mainly reflected in the following three aspects: First, the upgrading and introduction of certain key equipment that restricts the production efficiency. Enterprises tend to improve efficiency through internal tapping the potential, and to optimize partial processes that restrict the overall efficiency for better overall efficiency. For example, in the weaving department, bearing is the crucial process in restricting the overall efficiency, therefore, improved efficiency of bearing will play a significant role in enhancing the efficiency of the whole weaving department.
Second, the market-demand-oriented new equipment investment. It is investment into new type of equipment by the enterprises in order to develop new products of strong market demand, and such investment is more reflected in the introduction of new equipment in dyeing and finishing processes.
Third, equipment introduction to improve production capacity. Under the current environment, such demand is non-mainstream. In recent years, the processing precision and mechanical properties of domestic textile machinery have made great progress, which can meet the basic production needs. However, there are still some gaps in the automation and intelligentized electrical appliances compared with the imported equipment, mainly in electrical integrated circuits, as well as the adaptability and durability of the electronic parts. The main advantages of imported equipment are mainly as follows: advance, good stability, professional configuration and outstanding efficiency thanks to their professional theoretical research and experimental data analysis. The disadvantage of the imported one is mainly the slow supply of accessories. The special parts made in China, especially the key process components, can not meet the demand.
