随着非常规油气勘探与开发的不断深入,页岩气现场解吸的测量成为评定页岩气储量主要技术参数的不可或缺的工作之一。目前,对页岩含气量的现场测量,国内主要采用质量流量计和排水集气法两类测量办法。然而,这两种方法都存在不足,质量流量计计量时无法排除岩样中水分对测量结果的影响;排水集气法是经典的方法,但没有自动化仪器。中国石油化工股份有限公司石油勘探开发研究院无锡石油地质研究所实验研究中心经过多年的反复研究和多次实验,研制出一种采用排水集气法现场测量页岩含气量的自动化仪器。该仪器的应用,克服了现行测量方法的缺点,使经典的排水集气法实现了仪器化和自动化,测量结果精度高,无累计误差。
With the continuous exploration and development of unconventional oil and gas, the measurement of shale gas desorption has become one of the indispensable tasks for assessing the main technical parameters of shale gas reserves. At present, shale gas content of the on-site measurement, the domestic main use of mass flow meter and the two methods of measurement of drainage set. However, both of these methods are inadequate. The mass flow meter can not exclude the influence of moisture in the sample on the measurement results. The drainage gas collection method is the classic method, but there is no automatic instrument. The application of the instrument overcomes the shortcomings of the current measuring methods, realizes the instrumentization and automation of the classic drainage gas gathering method, and has the advantages of high precision and no accumulated error.
