采用超音速火焰热喷涂(HVOF)方式,在40Cr钢基体上制备了Ni60和Fe60两种涂层,采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪对涂层进行了分析。结果表明,超音速火焰喷涂下涂层与基体之间结合紧密,涂层组织较致密,层状粒子堆叠紧密,并可以看到涂层中存在孔隙。从金相组织可以看出,Ni基涂层中存在较多的孔隙,EDS分析结果显示,涂层和基体界面处合金元素没有出现明显“断代”现象,说明涂层中合金元素开始扩散到基体中,这对提高涂层的结合强度有很好的帮助。最后对涂层显微硬度进行测定,涂层的硬度在600 HV左右,这对于提高涂层耐磨性具有非常好的作用。
The coatings of Ni60 and Fe60 were prepared on 40Cr steel substrate by HVOF method. The coatings were analyzed by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer. The results show that the coating is tightly bonded to the substrate under supersonic flame spraying, the coating is dense and the layered particles are tightly packed, and the pores in the coating can be seen. It can be seen from the microstructure that there are many pores in the Ni-based coating. EDS analysis results show that the alloying elements at the interface between the coating and the substrate do not show obvious “dying” phenomenon, indicating that the alloying elements in the coating begin to diffuse Into the matrix, which is good for improving the bonding strength of the coating. Finally, the microhardness of the coating was measured. The hardness of the coating was about 600 HV, which had a very good effect on improving the wear resistance of the coating.
