现代新环境下,部队会计人员的职业道德教育变得越来越重要,因为会计工作关系着军事经济的发展,部队会计职业道德在新环境下出现的各种复杂问题直接关系着部队会计及财务管理工作的质量,职业水平的良好状态对军事经济具有明显的推动作用。本文以新环境为背景探讨部队会计人员职业道德出现的问题,并分析其成因,最后以现行的会计职业道德为基准,提出加强部队会计人员职业道德的有效措施,以提升部队财务管理工作的质量。
Under the new modern environment, the professional ethics education of the troop accounting staff becomes more and more important because the accounting work is related to the development of the military economy. The complicated problems that arise in the new environment of the military accounting ethics are directly related to the troop accounting and finance The quality of management and the good working level have a clear impetus to the military economy. Based on the new environment, this paper explores the problems that arise in the professional ethics of the army accounting personnel and analyzes their causes. Finally, based on the current accounting professional ethics, this paper puts forward effective measures to enhance the professional ethics of the army accounting staff to improve the quality of the financial management of the army .
