利用钛酸丁酯水解浸渍、共沉淀、水热等方法制备了掺铁TiO2 纳米复合粉体材料并通过XRD、BET、TEM等手段作了表征 ,研究了掺铁TiO2 对气相光催化降解正己烷反应的活性并和商品TiO2DegussaP 2 5作了比较 ,考察了制法、掺铁量、焙烧温度等的影响。结果表明 ,和大多数液相反应不同 ,铁的掺入抑制了TiO2 对正己烷的气相光催化降解。水热处理能较大程度地改善掺铁和未掺铁TiO2 的光催化性能。P 2 5对正己烷的气相光催化活性则明显小于未掺铁TiO2 样品 ,也小于某些掺铁样品。
Iron-doped TiO2 nanocomposite powders were prepared by hydrolysis and impregnation with titanate, coprecipitation and hydrothermal method. The effects of iron-doped TiO2 on the photocatalytic degradation of n-hexane The activity of the reaction was compared with that of the commercial TiO2Degussa P 2 5. The effects of the preparation method, the amount of iron added, the calcination temperature and so on were investigated. The results show that, unlike most of the liquid phase reactions, the incorporation of Fe inhibits the photocatalytic degradation of n-hexane by TiO2. Hydrothermal treatment can greatly improve the photocatalytic performance of iron-doped and non-iron-doped TiO2. The gas-phase photocatalytic activity of P 2 5 on n-hexane was significantly lower than that of non-doped TiO 2 samples and also less than that of some iron-doped samples.
