目的 :筛选丹参酮经皮给药制剂的复合透皮吸收促进剂 ,提高丹参酮的透皮扩散速率。方法 :选用卡必醇和油酸为主的复合透皮吸收促进剂 ,进行丹参酮溶液和丹参酮亲水凝胶的透皮渗透。结果 :使用卡必醇和油酸为主的复合透皮吸收促进剂 ,使在溶液和亲水凝胶中丹参酮的增渗倍数分别达到 3.5 9和 2 .84。结论 :卡必醇和油酸为主的复合透皮吸收促进剂适用于丹参酮经皮给药制剂的研制。
Objective: To screen the transdermal absorption enhancer of tanshinone percutaneous preparation and increase the transdermal diffusion rate of tanshinone. Methods : The composite transdermal absorption accelerator based on carbitol and oleic acid was used to penetrate the tanshinone solution and the tanshinone hydrogel. RESULTS: The compound transdermal absorption accelerators based on carbitol and oleic acid were used, and the penetration enhancement ratios of tanshinones in solution and hydrophilic gel reached 3.5 9 and 2.84, respectively. Conclusion: The compound transdermal absorption accelerator based on carbitol and oleic acid is suitable for the preparation of tanshinone transdermal preparations.
