Objective: To study the effect of walking on blood lipids and adipocytokines in obese middle-aged and obese people and its association with adiponectin gene polymorphism to identify motor-sensitive molecular markers. Methods: A total of 92 middle-aged and elderly (50-65 years old) obese individuals were randomly divided into experimental group (70 persons) and control group (22 persons). The experimental group was divided according to BMI, BMI≥25 was obese group, 23 ≤BMI <25 for overweight group. By increasing the load exercise test to determine its functional capacity F.C., to calculate the target heart rate. Aerobic walking as the main mode of exercise intensity range from the beginning of 40% to 50% FC to 50% to 65% FC, the effective exercise time was 40 min / times, the exercise frequency of 5 times / week, the exercise cycle of 3 Months. Results: The changes of obese group after 3 months of training were similar to those of the general group: total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol (P <0.01), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (P <0.05), adiponectin Significantly increased levels of free fatty acids decreased significantly (P <0.01). There was no statistical difference in overweight group. TT genotype cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol indicators were significant differences (P <0.05, P <0.05, P <0.01). TG genotype low density lipoprotein cholesterol significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Walk walking is an effective way to effectively improve blood lipid levels and increase adiponectin levels in obese people. The TT genotype of APM-1 T45G gene is independently associated with LDL cholesterol. TT genotype may be considered as Exercise hypolipidemic gene-sensitive markers.
