党支部作为党的最基层组织,有着十分重要的地位和作用,特别是石油行业的基层党支部,面对改革发展的新形势,要不断研究新情况、解决新问题、总结新经验。德令哈输气站曾经被中石油集团公司命名为企业精神教育基地,并荣获百面红旗单位、全国工人先锋号、集团公司十大标杆集体等荣誉称号。但是随着人员的流动,德令哈站现有的大部分员工都没有经历过“百面红旗”的创业时期,因此“红旗”精神出现了不同程度的滑坡。本文重点对“红旗工作法”的原理、内容及应用方法进行了分析和总结,旨在探索如何结合实际创新党支部工作的新方法。
As the grassroots organization of the party, the party branch has a very important position and role. In particular, the grassroots party branches in the petroleum industry should constantly study new situations, solve new problems and sum up new experiences in the face of the new situation of reform and development. Delingha Gas Station was once named as Entrepreneurship Education Base by China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) and won the honorary title of “Top 100 Red Flag Units”, “National Pioneer Workers” and “Group of Top 10 Benchmarks”. However, with the movement of staff, most of the existing employees in Delingha Station did not experience the start-up period of “hundred red flags”, so the spirit of “red flag” has experienced various degrees of decline. This paper analyzes and summarizes the principle, contents and application methods of the “Red Flag Work Law” in order to explore a new method of how to innovate the work of Party branch.
